Purpose and scope                                                                                                                              

The Petroleum Products Existent Gum Content Tester is designed and made as per standards GB/T 8019 Standard test method for gum content in fuels by jet evaporation and ASTM D381 Standard test method for gum content in fuels by jet evaporation. It is suitable to determine the existent gum content of aviation gasoline and motor gasoline(Not suitable to determine the existent gum content of aviation turbine fuel).

1.The metal bath heating system is adopted, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed, uniform bath temperature, safety and reliability.
 
2.This Petroleum Existent Gum Analyzer is designed with 5 independent test holes, which can not only test 5 specimens at the same time, but also test 1~4 specimens, with high testing efficiency, easy and flexible use, and can meet the test requirements of different users.
 
3.Each test hole is equipped with an independent flow meter, which can independently adjust the hot air flow rate of each test hole, and the hot air flow control is accurate and reliable.
 
4.This Petroleum Existent Gum Apparaus adopts digital temperature controller, with PID self-tuning function, and has high temperature control accuracy.
 
5.The Existent Gum Testing instrument is equipped with an oil-water separator to prevent oil, gas and water vapor from entering the instrument.
 
6.Optional oil-free silent air compressor to meet the requirements of standard experiments.
